Worker Advisor Office staff is experienced and knowledgeable about the WCB’s policies and can answer most questions injured workers have about a decision made by the WCB on their claim.  Some examples are:

We need to fully understand the circumstances of your case to provide appropriate advice.  We will ask you questions about your claim and details of the WCB’s decision, such as:  

Once we have a good understanding of your case, we can give advice to help you move forward. 

We will try to answer any questions you have, but some questions are best answered by your WCB case manager or your doctor.  Our staff can help you decide on the right questions to ask.

If we cannot help with your concern, we can refer you to other agencies that can provide you with the proper information.
